Yes. In your account, with the Cancel subscription button, you cancel in one step. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, we confirm by email, and your progress is not deleted.

If Pro is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 10 calendar days of your first payment with the form below and we return the full amount, even if you deleted your account.

Yes. Write to us with the Invoice topic within a month of your payment, with your company name and tax details, and we send it to your account's email.

In Mexico we charge in pesos with VAT included. Elsewhere, in US dollars. The pricing page always shows the currency you will be charged in.

The whole course is in Spanish and English, and you can switch any time. Most recommended videos have a Spanish version; a few only exist in English.

It prepares the design side of AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA-C03) and AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional (AIP-C01): each module marks the objectives it covers and you see how far you have to go. For the exam you also need hands-on practice in your own AWS account and practice exams. For AIP-C01, hands-on work with Bedrock is essential: most of its objectives ask you to implement, not only to design. Of the official resources, only the 20-question set is free; the full Official Practice Exam needs an AWS Skill Builder subscription (USD 29 a month or USD 449 a year). SAA-C03, yes: AWS offers it in Spanish (Latin America). AIP-C01, no: it is offered only in English, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese. If you take it in English and it is not your first language, you can ask AWS for 30 extra minutes (the ESL +30 accommodation); you request it once, before you register. The course is in Spanish, but service and exam names are in English.

You pay AWS for the exam, separately from your course subscription: SAA-C03 costs USD 150 and AIP-C01 USD 300, plus any exchange-rate cost. What AWS publishes for paying less: once you hold an active AWS certification, you get a 50% voucher for another exam or your recertification. If you study at an accredited university, AWS Student Rewards gives a year of AWS Skill Builder and a USD 100 voucher once you collect 21 badges; if your university is an AWS Academy member, it can request discount vouchers for its students. AWS Educate is free and has courses and labs, but no vouchers. AWS re/Start is a free cohort programme run with local organisations; its page mentions free access to practice and certification exams, so confirm the terms with the organisation in your country. It uses it only to grade or answer you at that moment. It runs on Google Cloud (Vertex AI), which does not train its models on this data. Each plan has a monthly AI allowance so the price stays low.

You pay per person per year. Whoever buys invites their people by email or with a link, sees each person's progress (never what they write) and changes the seat count any time. Buy 5 to 9 seats on the Teams page; from 10, we make you a price.

In Settings, Delete my account. Everything you did here is erased and, if you were paying, the subscription is cancelled at once. You can download your data first.
